Travis Andrews

Travis Andrews leads up the Acquisitions Team at 11 Capital, and is responsible for the company’s multifamily and self-storage purchases in the Western US. He works closely with brokers and sellers to source investment opportunities in target markets, and oversees the underwriting, business plan, and due diligence efforts through closing. 

Travis brings 16 years of investment real estate experience in brokerage, acquisitions, and development. He is a Seattle area native, received his BA from the University of Washington Foster School of Business, and completed the UW Commercial Real Estate Certificate Program.

Yolanda Armijo

Yolanda Armijo serves as 11 Capital’s EVP of Training and Organizational Development. In her role she oversees training, marketing, software, and compliance teams. With over 30 years of experience in property operations and 17 years of training and development experience, she is a well-respected industry leader.

Yolanda is certified as an Instructional Designer and Master Trainer from Langevin and also holds Advanced Facilitator NAAEI credentials.

Peter Augier

Peter Augier supports the acquisitions and asset management teams as a senior analyst. In his role, he is responsible for underwriting potential acquisitions, financial modeling, portfolio reporting, and market research.

Peter graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in economics and a minor in business administration from the Ross School of Business. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in real estate from Georgetown University.

Crystal Belsha

Crystal supports the 11 Capital leadership team in financial and cash flow activities including financial reporting, cash management, and intercompany transactions. She works as a bridge between all departments and the accounting team assisting in daily operations, acquisitions, refinancing, and distributions.

Crystal brings 6 years of experience in low income housing operations including LIHTC asset management and HUD Housing Choice Voucher reporting. Crystal has received her BA in Accounting as well as her MBA with concentration in Finance.

Jordan Bentley

Jordan Bentley is the Director of Business Intelligence & IT at 11 Capital. He is responsible for the company’s IT operations while concurrently developing and implementing cutting-edge business intelligence tools and systems across the organization.

Jordan spent six years within the technology industry before pivoting to real estate in 2019 when he joined 11 Capital. He received his B.B.A. from the University of Oklahoma in Finance.

Barrett Crane

Barrett Crane provides leadership to all aspects of our Glacier West Storage operations. He is our storage insider, bringing 10+ years of Storage REIT experience to building this business platform. Barrett provides storage guidance to our acquisitions team and sits on our 11 Capital Leadership team.

Barrett brings 25 years of multi-unit retail management experience with Fortune 500 companies. Barrett served in the US Navy before finishing his education at Concordia University Portland.

Tom Daniels

Tom Daniels is 11 Capital’s Executive Vice President of Operations. He is responsible for the oversight of multifamily operations, asset performance, strategic planning, and budgeting company wide. With over 30 years of involvement in real estate and property operations, Tom brings a fresh perspective, great leadership, and deep industry knowledge to the company.

He is a Seattle area native and received his BA from Washington State University’s College of Business and Economics with a concentration in Business Administration and Marketing.

Maddie Dow

Maddie Dow is the in-house interior designer for 11Residential and Glacier West Self-Storage. She works closely with the construction team and contractors creating cap-ex and unit renovation specs.

Maddie attended Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana and received her AA degree in Interior Design. 

Jennifer Eymann

Jennifer Eymann is a part of the Asset Management team for 11 Capital’s multi-family investment division as an Asset Manager. Jennifer is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Asset Management department to help achieve 11 Capital’s goals and objectives for the execution of business plans and investment strategies across multiple states.

Jennifer’s background includes working in the multi-family industry for over 13 years after relocating to the PNW from the Mid-West and she holds a Washington Real Estate Broker’s License.

Chris Gurdjian

Chris Gurdjian is a principal with 11 Capital. His primary responsibilities include acquisitions, underwriting and disposition strategy. Chris has a unique background in lending and development that spans more than 20 years.  

Alise Hartz

Alise Hartz is 11 Capital’s Program Manager. She provides support to our acquisitions, asset management, storage, and finance teams.

Alise is a Seattle native and received a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Gonzaga University.

Caroline Kunitz

Caroline Kunitz works on our Acquisitions Team at 11 Capital and is responsible for underwriting potential acquisitions and completing market research in target markets.

Caroline received her BA from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business with a concentration in Finance.

Brandon Leeman

Brandon supports both the Accounting and Construction Management teams as 11 Capital’s Construction Accountant. He is responsible for the accounting of all CapEx work across the portfolio and is proficient in job costing, construction project budgeting, lender draws, and cash management. He brings to the team five years of varied experience in construction, mixed-use development, multifamily residential, and self-storage.

Brandon is a PNW native and received his BA in Accounting from Western Washington University.

Shannon Reed

Aaron Rogers

Aaron Rogers leads up the Financing team at 11 Capital. As Vice President of Finance, he responsible for the portfolio’s financing efforts both in multifamily and self-storage. He works closely with lenders to strategically source debt to meet each asset's investment objectives. Aaron is also responsible for the group’s investor relations.

Aaron brings 10 years of investment real estate experience in acquisitions, financing, and asset management. He is a Seattle area native, received his BA from Seattle Pacific University concentrating in Finance.

Betsy Schanno

Betsy Schanno leads the Asset Management team for 11 Capital’s multifamily investment division consisting of 3,000 units across multiple states. Betsy is responsible for developing strategies to enhance asset values, oversees and implements the repositioning and recapitalizations, while ensuring operational management meets 11 Capital’s values.

Betsy brings 16 years of operational management and investment analysis in the Multifamily industry. Previously, Betsy worked for American Management Services and Pacific Living Properties as a Regional Property Manager.  She is a Seattle native, received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Washington and currently holds a Washington State Real Estate License.
